   I don’t normally do a lot of posts like this but after 4 years of marriage, Blake and I have finally gotten to a place where we’ve learned how to eat healthy. I say “learned” because I really do feel like it’s something you have to learn about in order to start executing it. It’s amazing how much better we feel about ourselves since changing this part of our lives so I decided to write a quick blog post about the things that we did and tips to start making better food choices in your life!
