Happy Monday everyone! Today I’m bringing you a quick look at my Sunday athliesure style and talking about how I’m staying optimistic with my new year goals!
It gets tough to stick to resolutions and this is around the time that most start to die off. It can be easy to “let go” of those resolutions when life gets in the way but I’ve got some tips that help me to stick to them and I think they can help you too!
1. WRITE IT OUT. Grab some paper or a cute notebook and write (or re-write) your goals down and list why you want to achieve them. How will you feel and/or what will change for you if you stick to these resolutions?
2. SCHEDULE IT. Don’t assume you’re just going to do it when the time comes available. Be proactive and schedule that time to work on and achieve that goal.
3. BELIEVE. Believe in yourself! It sounds cheesy but it’s so essential to having the self-confidence and perseverance it takes to accomplish your goals and dreams. Post up some Pinterest quotes on your mirror and read them out each morning!
