Here’s a little something new for you on the blog today! I would love to start incorporating more Lifestyle type content here on Hey Kaily Mae so I’m starting with a fun little recipe. I had so much fun making these with Aria last weekend and they are sooo yummy too!
These weren’t hard to make at all and would be so cute wrapped in little baggies to give to your child’s teachers or their friends at school. Read on to see how I made them!
What you’ll need:
- Ritz Crackers
- Peanut Butter
- Cake Pop Sticks
- White Chocolate Coating/Bark
- Candied Eye Balls
Prep Time: 20 mins
First you’re going to want to lay out some ritz crackers on some wax paper on a cookie sheet.
Spread a good amount of peanut butter on each cracker.
Then, take your chocolate bark and melt a small portion of it. Dip each cake pop stick into the chocolate and place onto each cracker into the peanut butter.
After that, add the top cracker to each one and put in freezer to harden.
After 10 minutes or so, remove the baking sheet and melt the rest of your chocolate. Take each cracker pop and dip it into the white chocolate and place onto the wax paper. Then place two eye balls onto the tops of the crackers and stick back into the fridge or freezer to harden.
The last step is to take a fork and drizzle the leftover melted chocolate in diagonals onto the tops of the crackers to give it a Mummy-lookin affect!
So easy and fun to do with kids or for a Halloween party! This can also be done with Oreos to save time and mess but I liked the salty ritz crackers mixed with the sweet chocolate. If you liked this quick and easy Halloween treat recipe, feel free to re-pin this photo and save it for later!
