Happy Wednesday everyone! If you’ve been following my blog for a while then you know how much I love updating Aria’s room and posting about it here on Hey Kaily Mae. I’ve been posting sneak peaks on my instagram and have already had lots of questions about some of the pieces I’ve used in her room.
First off I wanted to share her bedspread because I searched for weeks for a good bedspread for her and I’m so happy I found this one. It isn’t too thin or too thick… literally the perfect thickness for a toddler. It’s heavy enough that it doesn’t just feel like a blanket and it keeps her warm. It’s soooo soft and the design is absolutely gorgeous. We have already washed it and it kept up in the washer really well! I just love this find and the price is amazing! (Link above)
We found her bed used off of the Facebook marketplace so unfortunately I can’t link it but I did link a similar one. This is twin size and I added a faded pink canopy above it! I will link the sign that is above her bed down below and I’ll also link the wooden star/circle garland below as well. Her room is really small so we struggled a little bit with trying to keep the space clean and free of clutter and toys… let’s just say our playroom is covered in toys and I need to organize it soon!
I knew I wanted to hang the hooks for her ballet outfit on this wall and I ended up moving this full length mirror into her room to go next to it. I love how that turned out since she’s just starting ballet and tap class so I’m thinking she will like looking in this mirror to practice her positions, haha.
We moved the pink lockers from her closet into the playroom as well to make room for the cube storage shelf and that space works so much better for us now. The lockers took up so much space and we couldn’t always reach her clothes in the closet. I just love how it turned out. Aria’s room seems to be the room that I put the most effort into in our house… haha. Maybe one day I’ll do a master bedroom refresh and post about it here on the blog. Coming soon, I will be sharing baby boy’s nursery. It’s almost done and I’m just waiting for a couple more things to come in! Stay tuned and thanks for stopping by to read!
