Baby Bump & Sunshine

Baby Bump & Sunshine

Happy Friday y’all! I’m happy to report that I’m finally through all of the sickness that came with the first trimester!(See my first trimester update here) If only you really knew how thrilled I am to type that last sentence… haha. I am officially 20 weeks tomorrow and we found out this week that we are indeed having a little boy! We are so thrilled.

If you’ve been following me for a while then you know I’m a big fan of Shop Pink Blush… especially when I’m pregnant! They have the cutest maternity clothes that make my life a whole lot easier and more comfortable. This top is from their online shop and actually it just so happens that this is not technically a maternity blouse.. but I had a feeling that it would still work for this baby bump since the fit is a little longer. I love the mustard color for fall and the bell sleeves and stripes added a fun touch as well. I found a field of sunflowers and got to posin’ for these fun pics!

To be honest I haven’t done a ton of shooting since I found out I was pregnant (because I’ve been so sick) and I’m having some trouble feeling confident with this new addition to my physique, haha. My bump feels a lot bigger, earlier on, this time around.. which I’m ultimately fine with but it’s so crazy how differently each pregnancy can affect you. This little boy has given me a run for my money that’s for sure. I think every woman struggles with these feelings of self-esteem during pregnancy so I’m trying to give myself some grace because I know it’s temporary and that it’s all just “part of it.” Any other mommas out there have any tips to make yourself feel more confident during pregnancy? My current fixes are making sure I get enough rest, and taking care of my skin. If I can keep my skin in good shape, I know that always gives me a little confidence boost!

Let me know your thoughts below, and be sure to check out Shop Pink Blush for some adorable finds whether your pregnant or not! Thanks for stopping by to read you guys! I know I’ve been a little MIA… and I’m trying to give myself a little grace on that too because I hate not being on here that often! Love you all and thanks for your constant support.
