5 Steps to Clearer & Brighter Skin

    Today I’m talking about some simple steps you can take each day to have clearer and brighter skin! These steps are so simple and quick so they’re really easy to work into your schedule! Read on to see my top 5 steps I do on a daily basis.

1. REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP.

This might be THE most important step to take to better your skin. Always take your makeup off before you go to sleep at night. Sleeping in your makeup is one of the worst things you can do to your skin!

2. DRINK WATER.

Drinking sugary drinks all day like soda can affect your complexion and most don’t realize how much of a difference drinking water actually makes!

3. USE A MASK.

I try to use a mask 1-2 times a week. I love to use this exfoliating mask and this brightening mask.

4. GET GOOD REST.

A good night of sleep can help you look and feel rested. When I’m really tired I breakout so getting a good night’s rest can make all the difference for me.

5. MOISTURIZE!

This is a big one too. This will keep your skin from wrinkling and drying out and also keeps your skin from aging prematurely! 

 

    Well, there you have it! There are plenty of other steps that you can take to attain clear skin but these are my top 5 that have worked best for me.
