My Lash Routine

This item was gifted to me by VEGALASH for consideration. All opinions are my own.

Some girls are blessed with long, beautiful, full lashes… I am not one of those girls, haha. I have short stubby little lashes and they drive me nuts, so when Vegalash reached out to me to see if I would try their product- I said “absolutely!” I used the product for roughly two weeks and you can see my before and after pictures below. The top picture is before without makeup or mascara and the bottom picture is after with mascara. Vegalash was nominated as the best beauty product of 2016 by InStyle Magazine too! This vegan growth serum is the real deal. Here’s a little Q&A below for you!

Do you actually notice a difference? In all honesty yes. I have tried other products (Dermaheal) like this before and haven’t seen a difference at all. I was actually skeptical about this one working since other ones haven’t but I was really happy about the results! Did it give me big, voluptuous, ‘false- looking’ lashes? No, but that’s the point right? A natural look! 🙂

What products do you use on your lashes? I will start off by saying I take off my makeup with baby shampoo. I don’t use harsh towelettes because they can be hard on your skin and lashes. As far as mascara goes, I use Clinique High Impact and Better Than Sex by Too Faced on top. I also curl my lashes with a handheld curling wand before I use my mascara. *Side tip: If I really want curly lashes, I put my curling wand in front of the blowdryer and heat it up a little too!

I really loved this product and I’m happy to report that using it was worth it! I’ve gotten eyelash extensions before and while I do like the look, it’s not something I would want year round because I find them uncomfortable at times. It’s always nice to have the real deal in my opinion! 😉

I would love to answer any other questions you have for me about the product or just about how I care for my lashes. Let me know in the comments below and shop Vegalash here

UPDATE**

A few of you requested I post an after picture without makeup or mascara, so you could see the difference a little more accurately so here it is! In the picture below the first is “BEFORE- no makeup”, the middle picture is “AFTER- no makeup”, and the last is “AFTER- with makeup and mascara”. I hope that helps! Like I said before, the difference isn’t going to look like false lashes because they aren’t false. The difference is a very natural look and I love it. It has definitely helped my lashes and I will continue to use this product to keep my lashes fuller, longer, and healthier! Let me know if you have any other questions! 🙂

XO,

Kaily Mae

How long have you used this product, and in your after photo do you have mascara on?

I agree with Fiona, before and after without mascara would give us a better idea.

Hey Rosie! If you go to my SHOP page up top, then to Beauty, the curling wand I use is on that page. It’s pink!
